This renovation involved providing a double garage with internal access. The original carport was also converted to a garage with a loggia for outdoor entertaining on top. The pool was relined and a new built in barbeque, fencing and paving provided a link with the house. The exterior of the home was repainted and small internal work was carried out to provide the internal stairs and add a new bathroom.
